If you don’t have the 6500 HSA medical plan, or have it but don’t want to contribute, then all will carry over in 2026 without participation.

You will need your dependents/beneficiary’s SSN, DOB, and gender. You cannot complete your enrollment without this information. You won’t be able to select EE+SP, or EE+CH, or FAMILY coverage without entering all dependent/beneficiary information first.
There are important notes at the top of every section and summaries of benefits on the right side. Please review all before making your elections.
If it doesn’t allow you to submit your enrollment, review the top left hand side and complete what it says is missing. Your enrollment will not be complete until you successfully submit it.
